Find Help
Find freelancers to assist with any aspect of the design and procurement process, from single tasks to whole packages of work.
Service Options
Introduction Only
This is the simplest and cheapest way to find freelance or permanent staff with a very low, one-off payment. You can then continue to use the freelancer whenever you want in the future with no further fees payable.
To use this service you have two options:
Post your job details and see who applies - it's then up to you to decide who you want to contact.
Search the candidate listings and select who you want to approach to do your work.
With either option, once you have your shortlist of potential candidates you then need to purchase credits in order to get their contact details - 1 credit per contact. You can then get in touch with them, decide who to appoint and agree terms.
Complete Outsource Service
If you want to just hand-over the work and let someone else deal with it, we can offer a complete outsource solution. This could be for specific tasks, complete packages or even all of your drawing production- leaving you free to concentrate on design and marketing.
To use this service:
Post your job details and select the option 'Outsource Solution'.
We'll be in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail if needed.
We will then assemble a team and prepare a proposal for the work - either with a fixed fee or rate.
You then decide whether you want to go ahead
You may have tried overseas outsource solutions before but we are different. X Plans with UK-based freelancers and all work will be checked by qualified staff to ensure quality. We can assist with any aspect of the design and procurement process, using the appropriate skills for each stage of the process. This means even if you are a sole trader you are able to take on large projects as though you have an office full of staff.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
It's free to search the candidates - you then just pay a small fee to get the contact details of those you wish to approach. Go to the Pricing page for more details.
How quickly can we get someone?
This is very much dependant upon the availability of freelancers and how specific your requirements are. The candidates have all declared themselves available for work but this cannot of course be gauaranteed until we approach them with specific enquiries.
What happens if we are not happy with their work?
We take every effort to provide you with all the information you need to find appropriate staff but cannot guarantee the quality of their work. Once you make contact with the candidate it is up to you to vett them in the usual way before deciding who you want to appoint.
What information do we get to decide on who to appoint?
When our candidates register they state what services they will supply - the coloured, numbered codes indiate these in the directories. CVs & portfolios are uploaded to the candidate pages where we have received them or these can be requested when you get in touch directly. As soon as you have the contact details you can arrange interviews and request further informatino to satisfy yourself of their suitability.
What about software?
This is something which needs to be established between you and the freelancer you appoint. In some cases they will have software but in others they may not. Obviously those providing software are likely to be charging more so its really something to assess on a case by case basis. When posting projects you can specify software to be used and when responding the candidate has to confirm that they have the relevant software required.
At present, the freelancers who have registered with us have listed profficiency in the following software at various levels:
Revit
